Advanced EyeCare Associates of Crossett/Jeffrey K. Smith, O.D. has recently completed a 2016 Provider and Optical Lab Agreement with United Healthcare Vision Insurance to be providers for vision/non-medically related eye examinations, prescription eyewear, and contact lenses.  Also, we will continue to provide medically related eye health examinations for eye related diseases and/or injuries with United Healthcare Insurance.  This agreement will be effective January 16, 2016.   Please contact our office for more information.
